The 2nd Week

1st of all after came back from Kem Muzik in Perlis..im shifting myself out of the staff room..n b wherelse i could be..in front of my pc..well some arrangment i made..none of it can be played ( not yet u dum dum)..i got to somehow make them play the song..no matter..yeah kinda not ok myself( dats wat akak told me..im not happy with the situation im now)..
well, the TOT( trainning of Trainers for RAKAN MUDA..down in the drain..dats goes my RM500 a month pay ..)..
the rest remain the same..as im trying to be wat they want me to be..like THEM..owh no..im not..u mangkuk out there dont really know me..n stop talking about me with the impression u made..im still mingle with the stdents like i use to be..just for my daughter..i f somehow to avoid seeing her..what is tis shit??..

Well d 1st thing i got back home is wat i tot it would be..pack up my things n leave to my music room..n then Datin told me dat i f shifted to somewhere else..i told her dat i need a space to done my work with d band..score to finish..songs to be arranged..dat too being reported to Datin..my..my..my..those bastards really a sicko this time..just dont f the chance to meet face to face..just want them to know..if u got something on ur mind say it to my face..i can accept dat..but hiya..jalan ktupat la..aiyoo..

Royal Concert Ministry of Education Malaysia

Been here at kl since the 10th and be back to malacca by 17th june..dat a way long time to spend there..not much to say..im fed up with this..cant be with my loves one to spend time..

Well this is my 6th year of joining the concert the 1st 2 im a caklempong n gamelan player, the 3rd year im playing the piano till the 5th year managed to arrange miraie n pang yau (form of medley) as for this year i tot it will be my last..as i already engaged with my band..my band come first..just a Fasi this time..well wait n see this coming june

Back to School

This week i f to finish up all my Segak n Ensem particular then..some of them dont really paying any attention about this..well..f to use firasat ilmu batin..then 2morow going for bengkel Konset kementerian pelajaran malaysia ( konset di raja..so its being the 10th year running)..but i f to be back for my school teacher's day celebration..its my !st time ..

Things does not goes as plan as we reached seremban'z R&R the no.2 Bus broke down and have to wait till 3.15pm  for the replacement bus..the gurls as usual being by themself starts to wondering around in groups n i gues gurls will be gurls..they almost make the trash bin full..alot of eating ..

i f a stomachache with dat getah spenda mee i ate dat morning..dont know y..one of them told me of ketulahan..(sumpah) hiya...

so we reached kl n managed to grab the last two session of the concert..ME? the ticket being miscalculated so i wonder around KLCC suria bymyself...nothing much..just people around..

then by 6pm we make a move back to melaka..happy mom's day

My days with manan n the gang

This pic taken with Manan Ngah the composer from Terengganu, he worked with upsi for 2 years then hes out..he learn something with us dat time..he learned to arrange for the concert band or now as wind orchestra, hes new into it..so he dont mind asking around even with a student like me dat time..hes not stingy at all in terms of how to make a good song..etc..etc..wonder where he is now

For Volley ball..the U15 manage to get into the semis..they will meet Merlimau..if they dont make it..so they f to fight for 3 n 4th placing then..well..wat do u expect from a team with 2 days training?..this is my 1st assingment as coach while im here..so going to do more better next time

This Friday its another showtime for the band, the problem is i cant make it without the help of form 3 n 5 players..and some of them really dont want to..so..nver mind..its a challenge to me..i wont need them for now..the rest whos willing to help me out..much obliged..

As for 2day 4th of may..is a big day for Lollypop, shes turning 17th..sweet 17th..i know d feeling when u were surrounded by ur love ones..ur frens..they all (including me) very eager to wish u..well Happy Birthday Eza..we all loves u..

No band training..just a meeting regarding past showtime..sometimes its sickenning ur ears to heard few bad things about the band..some of it blame me..(if they can make it better with the band..be my guest)..yeah..when u r wrong..u r wrong then..so gurls, behave ok..

At the same time have to train the U15 Volleyball team..not a very good team..and such limited time i have..just hope for the best(the pic!!yeah its from ur blog)

The Gurls Under 15 manage to spiked the Champ...phew..the U18..hmm too much emotional ..they lost not to a btter team but almost the same as they are..just another stupid mistakes..well its done..i f more going on next week with d band..

Well..i guess cant sit down n relax..wat ever we been thru last week let it be our lesson in becoming good band..i know n i want u guys out there to know..its not ez for me..but some how i got to..so..be prepared...for Form 2 RKM they have been banned from joining the group to perform..untill they settle their differences between them..or say good bye to this coming function..buckle up gurls

Finally Done

Well the WO ended with a blast..yeah..sort of things come n go..we clinched the last post of our competition..dats a blast..but for me its a good sign..the gurls seem afraid n scared..cz they never expected to be..(yah..just like u said b4 to me)..Mr.Rejab came n help the gurls n some tips..Mr.Azli from STAR even came ..well tq guys..for the gurls..this is where we start back..its not the end..its another step to be being a good band..

A Day Before Shoot Off To Kuantan

This morning..the session is rather more relaxing..the 2nd song..sway is more hard for them..i have to adjust it for 3 times untill today..phew..but somehow they got to play it thru

well this few weeks is a tiring week not just for me but for my gurls too..hope being there we can relax abit..some how..i think of something to ease ur mind..One thing u guys got to rmember this..The competition we r going for me we r not totally ready for it..but we go there as our show time..so be it..win or lose i dont mind as long u all gain something from that event..winning is not everything..

Dats wat i hate about making such harsh gestures

This morning..can u believe, during the assembly theres a few member are not in the group and im one off with the bass drum player..n how do u supposed to play without the drums..so i make Nud the section leader pay the price..of not going to kuantan..but one thing i found n discover they are not dat bad..because..there is still ONENESS in them but then its not enuf for me to take them far from wat they are now..at the end..i let nud go..n Mirza been throw out of the band for good..shes good but with an attitude dan im having problems facing it..n my dear marie is going for Haji kecik..hope shes be ok there..

The Count Down Continues

its getting better..but not the best..im not yet getting the very best of them..still too early to say n judge their performance..but for me after 2 month of steering those gurls..i think its acceptable..n kinda tired tho..but im happy for them..the rest of the member..dont be sad..u guys will alwayz with us..

The 1st nearly done

Well lke the heading says..nearly done..with few minor touches here n there..but still have something a bit dramatic happen today..again maisara fainted just like during sports day n again at the same place..pt her..i guess she must be too upset dat not going to kuantan next week..even lollipop help her with leaving her coki2 with maisara...still we got to get going..for maisara..get well soon

Its a hard choice to make

The admin already ask my 40 member of the band since last week but i delayed it not by ignoring it but today, i dont know why its the hardest part for me to make..mybe all u guys been asking why im acting weird during the training n break a sudden stop..hmm..im breaking up guys..cant have the heart to see u all not going..even akak suggested me to do solat istharagh tonite..yeah mybe i fo dat..

A few adjustment have to be made

While at the canteen we have been asked to stop at least for 1 hour..damned..but wat i can do is..just let them go early..the song is very familiar with the gurls..so tonite im going to make them skip their classes..i hope im doing the rite thing here..i dont think i can take the band training in the morning..so just for tonite onlly....mean while the 2 makhluk came n see me rite after their games..ask for a leave for their classes tonite..yeah they look tired..pt them too..my lollipop?..fw moments with her only..dat will do..

WO coming up in lest than 14 days

well, i got less than 10 days to complete my WO n arrangement..and the gurls as well..this morning..i got a bad news..2 of my key player not going to be for the practise 2morow..mybe im jumping to conclusion..both of them asking for a leave 2morow..so what i said rather harsh n hard i guess..i ask them not to come again, n for sure not going to Kuantan this 16th..well im not dat mean..im jz depressed i guess..

A Day At MITC

i f to be at MITC b4 8am..well as usual..just a few came..so just wondering around..have to wait till 9am for the competition to stars..er..Kompang Formation that is..after dat..met lollipop n geng..back for lunch with baby gurl..then back to MITC for Nyanyian 60an..n our guest artis is Jefry Din the Pop Yeh-yeh singer..back at home about 1am..sleepy tired..its all there..but im happy..i met lollipop..met my baby gurl..do mz her..well manage to take a pic with Jeffry Din n my frens as well

The Sports Day

One of our band members collasped n almost histerical..pity her..maybe the heat is too much..yeah most of the group in front of us "pengsan"..but our team remains ok...we played 2 songs n some movement..well managed to pleased the audience..Like Eca said, most of the gurls there fainted..but we got a good team member to do their things..tq gurls..but sad to say 

after walking back to dataran one of the member hyterically fainted..shes too hot..we all are..but shes ok..tired yeah..but with the accompaniment of Eza..the lollipop gurl..ehehhe

Rite after the Earth Hour..we began a new song for the band gurls..mostly insiders..well they managed to play tequilla..tho its not perfected yet..but for me its acceptable..still not knowing about monday stint..got to wait tho

As usual the gurls have to perform in front of their parents..we played a few songs..n wait..n wait..but at least give me some time to practise with them..the rest of my gurls..with the Gamelan n Nasyid too..even akak looks different totally..mcm nak g nikah plak..but we did our parts..next monday going to Slandar..too bad not all can go..mybe next time ok gals

What A Week

Full week of becaming the juries for Solo singing..some one them really outstanding..but some are not n not meant to be..it really make me think..we have to learn to let go..tho its a painful things to do..but wise man do says..if u love him or her..let him or her go..let it go with all your memories intact..dat for sure u cant shake it off forever..well im learning now..im learning..
